Region III Adult Soccer, the Southeastern Region of the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA) is the governing body of eleven states, consisting of twelve state associations: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, North Texas, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas South. As a member of the USASA, Region III is also a member of the United States Soccer Federation and the Federation Internationale de Futbol (FIFA). Region III and USASA stage national competitions for club teams, veteran's teams, and coed teams annually, as well as staging a national player development program.

The mission of the U.S. Soccer Foundation is to enhance, assist and grow the sport of soccer in the United States with a special emphasis on underserved communities. The foundation views soccer as a powerful vehicle for social change. By supporting the development of places to play, places to grow and places to learn, their goal is to ensure that children in underserved communities have easy and affordable access to quality soccer programs that support their physical and personal development.

The Women's Premier Soccer League is an independent national league whose main focus is on the development of highly competitive premier women's soccer teams. The WPSL also makes every effort to bring quality soccer to all levels of the community and to promote the stature of female athletes as role models for our youth. The WPSL was formed in 1998. It is sanctioned by the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA) as an affiliate of the United States Soccer Federation (USSF), the ruling body of soccer in the United States and FIFA the world's ruling body for soccer.
